HUMBERFEST 2026 – TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. GENERAL INFORMATION

1.1 These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the purchase of tickets and attendance at HumberFest 2026 (“the Event”), taking place at Winterton Showground, Winterton (“the Venue”) on 18th July 2026.
1.2 The Event is organised by Humber Music Festival (“the Organiser”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
1.3 By purchasing a ticket and/or attending the Event, you (“the Ticket Holder”, “you”, “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. TICKET PURCHASE AND VALIDITY

2.1 All ticket sales are final and non-refundable except as expressly stated in these Terms.
2.2 Tickets are valid only for the date and event specified on the ticket.
2.3 Tickets must not be resold or transferred for commercial gain. Any tickets found to have been resold above face value may be cancelled without refund.
2.4 The Organiser reserves the right to refuse admission or eject any person from the Event without refund.
2.5 Tickets remain the property of the Organiser at all times.

3. LINEUP AND PROGRAMME CHANGES

3.1 The Organiser reserves the right to make changes to the Event lineup, programme, timings, and attractions without prior notice.
3.2 Changes to the lineup or programme, including the replacement or cancellation of any advertised artist or act, DO NOT entitle the Ticket Holder to a refund.
3.3 The Organiser will make reasonable efforts to notify Ticket Holders of significant changes via the Event website and/or social media channels.
3.4 The advertised lineup is subject to circumstances beyond the Organiser’s control, including but not limited to artist illness, travel disruption, or contractual issues.

4. EVENT CANCELLATION AND POSTPONEMENT

4.1 In the event of full Event cancellation (not individual artist cancellations), Ticket Holders will be entitled to a full refund of the ticket face value only.
4.2 If the Event is postponed to a new date, tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled date. Ticket Holders who cannot attend the rescheduled date may request a refund within 14 days of the postponement announcement.
4.3 The Organiser is not liable for any costs incurred by Ticket Holders in connection with the Event, including but not limited to travel, accommodation, or other expenses.
4.4 Refunds will not be provided for adverse weather conditions unless the Event is fully cancelled.

5. ADMISSION AND CONDUCT

5.1 Admission to the Event is at the Organiser’s discretion. Valid ID may be required.
5.2 Ticket Holders must comply with all venue rules and instructions from Event staff and security personnel.
5.3 The Organiser reserves the right to conduct security searches, including bag searches and the use of metal detectors.
5.4 Antisocial behaviour, violence, threatening behaviour, or illegal activity will result in immediate ejection without refund and may result in prosecution.
5.5 Ticket Holders attend the Event at their own risk.

6. PROHIBITED ITEMS

6.1 The following items are prohibited and may not be brought into the Event:
  • Illegal substances
  • Weapons or items that could be used as weapons
  • Glass containers or bottles
  • Professional recording equipment (audio or video)
  • Drones or remote-controlled devices
  • Fireworks, flares, or smoke devices
  • Laser pens
  • Animals (except registered assistance dogs)
  • Any other items deemed dangerous or inappropriate by the Organiser
6.2 The Organiser reserves the right to confiscate prohibited items without compensation.

7. PHOTOGRAPHY, FILMING AND RECORDING

7.1 Professional recording equipment is not permitted without prior written consent from the Organiser.
7.2 By attending the Event, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded, and grant the Organiser the right to use such images for promotional purposes without compensation.

8. FOOD, DRINK AND MERCHANDISE

8.1 Outside food and drink may not be permitted into the Event. Please check the Event website for specific policies.
8.2 Alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase to persons aged 18 and over. Challenge 25 policy applies.
8.3 The Organiser is not responsible for the quality or safety of food and drink provided by third-party vendors at the Event.

9. HEALTH AND SAFETY

9.1 Ticket Holders with medical conditions, disabilities, or special requirements should contact the Organiser in advance via [CONTACT EMAIL].
9.2 First aid facilities will be available at the Event.
9.3 The Organiser accepts no liability for any injury, loss, or damage to persons or property, except where caused by the Organiser’s negligence.

10. LOST OR STOLEN TICKETS

10.1 The Organiser is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged tickets.
10.2 Duplicate tickets will not be issued.
10.3 E-tickets should be kept secure and not shared on social media or public platforms.

11. DATA PROTECTION

11.1 Personal data collected during ticket purchase will be processed in accordance with UK GDPR and our Privacy Policy.
11.2 Your data will be used to manage your ticket purchase and communicate Event information.
11.3 We will not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes without your consent.

12. LIABILITY

12.1 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
12.2 Subject to clause 12.1, we shall not be liable for:
  • Any indirect, consequential, or economic losses
  • Loss of enjoyment
  • Travel or accommodation costs
  • Any loss or damage arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control
12.3 Our total liability to you shall not exceed the face value of your ticket.

13. FORCE MAJEURE

13.1 The Organiser shall not be liable for failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:
  • Acts of God (extreme weather, natural disasters)
  • War, terrorism, or civil unrest
  • Government restrictions or public health emergencies
  • Strikes or industrial action
  • Failure of utilities or transportation networks

14. AGE RESTRICTIONS

14.1 Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over.
14.2 Proof of age may be required for age-restricted areas or alcohol purchases.

15. COMPLAINTS

15.1 Any complaints should be submitted in writing to complaints@humberfest.co.uk within 14 days of the Event.

16. GOVERNING LAW

16.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
16.2 Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
